Shipping Policy

Shipping is free to any where in the United States. No oversea shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

Canceling an order:

If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. As long as your products have not been made, you will receive the full refund.

Changing an order:

If you would like to change your specifications on the customization, you will be advised of the additional charges for the changes and can decide whether to proceed. If you cancel your order after Chijen Design has started production, you will forfeit half of the price of the items you have paid for. If your order has been completed, then no changes can be made and no refund will be issued.

Returns:

If the customized items you have received were not made to your specifications, or if the items were defective, you can return the items for up to 30 days from the date you received them and get a full refund. Your shipping cost will be added to your refund.

There is no return on any customized items that were made to your specifications and/or are not defective.

If you are not satisfied with your imported bag purchase, you can return them as long as they are in the same condition you received them in. However, there will be 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. Your items need to be in the original packaging and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
